I. DELIVERY TERMS AND SHIPPING EXPENSES 

Shipping expenses are calculated depending on weight an size; The shipping costs will be shown to customer upon buying the item.

Delivery terms stated below are orientative. Should any item be out of stock or suffering any punctual failure Cesar’s Petlosopy will contact the customer to offer a new delivery term or proceed to its cancellation. In any case, delay in delivery, will not allow the customer to require any money compensation.

a) Deliveries in Spain

For all orders whose delivery address is within the Peninsula, the delivery term is 3-5 days, when item is available in stock.

a) Deliveries abroad:

For all deliveries outside the Peninsula, the term will be 5-10 working days, when the item is available in stock.
Deliveries will not take place on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

II.- GUARANTEES AND ITEMS RETURNS

All Cesar’s Petlosophy products are guaranteed regarding its quality.

If upon reception of your order you are not satisfied, you have a 30 days time limit from delivery date to return the item, and for this purpose you must keep the ticket enclosed with your order.

Unless the return is because  adefect of the merchandise or our mistake, all expenses of sending back the item will be paid by the customer. In any case, please contact our customer’s dept, tel. 34 699377679 or send sn e-mail: info@esarspetlosophy.com  before returning the goods.

Upon reception of merchandise in our storage quarters, and its previous verification, we will proceed to refund the amount through the same payment means selected for the purchase (Card / transfer)
